This project focused on evaluating the user experience of Airbnb’s platform through a structured usability study. I chose Airbnb because it’s an application people use often, but still has small friction points that can affect usability on tasks like searching, filtering, and saving experiences. The goal was to understand how real users navigate the “Experiences” section of the newest update, and where confusion or hesitation happens.
I moderated usability testing, created a test plan, and analyzed user behavior while participants completed tasks. The study focused on how interface design and navigation flow impact overall satisfaction.
